Tuition Waivers for Employee Dependents Now Available
Starting with the fall semester, the children of Hinds Community College full-time employees will be eligible for an  Employee Dependent Tuition Waiver, which was approved the by the Board of Trustees in June. College President Dr. Clyde Muse said the District Faculty Council has been a strong advocate for the new benefit. Guidelines for the new policy and the application process are posted on the College Intranet, under Human Resources documents.

Hinds Employees Eligible for JSU Tuition Waiver
Guidelines and application for the Jackson State University tuition waiver for Hinds Community College full-time employees are available on the Hinds Intranet. The waiver covers tuition only; all fees must be paid by the employee, but there is no limit on the number of hours the employee may take. The waiver application form should be submitted to the JSU business office. The JSU Executive Ph.D. program is exempt from the agreement.
